How to use Badberi Chole Masala
Badberi Chole Masala can be used in every chole and aloo dishes offering a tangy, spicy, and earthy flavor.
Chickpea Curry (Chole/Chana Masala): The primary spice blend added to boiled chickpeas cooked in a rich onion–tomato gravy.
Flavor Enhancer: Brings depth to Punjabi-style curries and pairs well with amchur (dry mango powder) or pomegranate seeds for added tanginess.
Potato Dishes: Ideal for seasoning boiled potato curries, dry sabzis, or simple stir-fries.
Snacks and Chaat: Commonly used in Chole Tikki, wraps, frankies, or sprinkled over salads for extra flavor.
Other Dishes: Can be blended into pulao, biryani, or combined with other masalas to add a balanced, tangy note.
How to Use in Cooking:
